Open leave so sick days aren't really tracked - just managed by the employee and their manager

Sick days as required, rolls up into unlimited PTO

People come first, care about mental health

Not offered by genesys as a company

Sick days are included in open time off

No sick days, can take the time you need to recover

standard intra coverage was good and other something really not sure how to add 20 words for the description

I was sick with pneumonia for a week during Christmas and New Years. It wasn't a problem to be out of the office.

Well, Genesys has unlimited sick days, so that pretty much says it all. I didn't use many last year, but it's nice to know that I don't have to worry about running out of sick days if I do get ill or if I have to stay home with sick children.
