The employee discount is a generous 25%. There is really no downside to the employee discount. There is no extra discount on 50% off items.

Awesome. I wish you would consider furniture including 20% discount. Also employees should have first pick of merchandise or allowed to purchase in between 10 minute breaks. Not complaining just a suggestion.
