You have to actively seek it out. They offer a wide number of fields, but only at the branch office which may be difficult to access depending on a person's circumstances. For example, I have coworkers who already have to drive 45 minutes to get to the current store because of where they live. The branch from that store is another 30-45 minutes away. Many of them have kids and no easy means to access the services the company offers.
