Health Insurance

Not much to compare it to but seems quite expensive - $1600 deductible for high deductible with HSA plan. I didn't like being forced to go to specific pharmacies or be hounded to get Rx by mail. I understand the business side of it but as a consumer I'd like more choices/be able to stay doing what I have been if I like a particular place/pharmacy. It's a tough subject because a lot is out of their hands (many issues fall on insurance and and providers) but I do feel the company could contribute more financially.

Good coverage medical, dental, vision, and mental health.

Good health insurance but I wouldn't say its the very best thats available, like you might find in some public jobs

Health benefits are not the best but overall good.

very average benefit pricing and availability

Healthcare benefits are probably the best part of working for Goodyear. Low copays if any and we have onsite medical facilities and a pharmacy.

Doesn't cover much and forces you to use Walgreens

So far i have only used my health insurance one time but it has not done me wrong so its been good so far

Expensive and limited investment choices for HSA.
