The base health insurance premium is free, with optional PPO and EPO at ~$90/month. Dental and vision are about $10/month so having all of those means you're spending a very measly amount for your insurance. The higher-tier packages are both in-and-out-of-network. They have concierges on site to help figure out the best plans for you.
