I have absolutely zero complaints about the health insurance. I have not had a single billing issue, my deductibles and copays are usually less than I plan for, and I have not had to negotiate to get anything covered in many years of being an employee.

As contractor, they don't get any health benefits, e.g., primary care, dental care, etc. Wish company to consider these for contractors.
