ON-SITE & REMOTE
WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
At Google we’ve implemented a hybrid work week where most Googlers spend about three days in the office and two days wherever they work best. Since in-office time is focused on collaboration, teams at Google decide which days they will come together. There are also roles that need to be on site more than three days a week due to the nature of the work.
We offer opportunities for Googlers to apply for completely remote work (away from their team or office) based on their role and team needs.
Work-from-anywhere weeks: Googlers are able to temporarily work from a location other than their main office for up to four weeks per year.
Focus time: Teams offer focus hours to limit internal meetings during times when people need to be heads down on projects.

It's good to work hybrid 21% and 79% in presence. 79% in presence so that it gives positive stress and motivation and team work; mean time we should go for 21% resting while researching and family time.

Work from home policy is currently "hybrid" (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
