Their job training is lacking, but really depends on the tax professional facilitating it. As they are not professional trainers, each attendee's experience will vary upon whether the tax pro is competent in training others.

Online training sucks. They are trying to save money by not using live instructors. While I understand this is the way training it going I feel as if some training should be with a person even though it may not be much. Sometimes and some people need to be able to ask questions and they need the interaction to learn.
