Job Training

Always offers training year round and opportunities for advancement all the time. Training is offered either web based or instructor.

Very up to date. I am a trainer ! Would be great to have more in person. Don't like virtual classes.

The job training is three in person sessions and everything else is online, about 10 hours. It was annoying how most of it had to do with the company's background and current marketing campaign and only 1 small 20 min chunk had to do with learning the software necessary for my job.

Attended a two month long training program that was very educational. I would recommend their program to anyone, even someone who just wants to learn about taxes.

the tax class is the primary training. After that you train on the job as you go

Best: Paid Worst: doesn't seem meant to teach, have to go through everything briskly

If you were competent, the training was good. If you failed to understand a concept, it went over your head.

Very good training overall, but it always depends on the person doing the training.

Job training is ok for what you will need to do.
