Company pays a good portion of the premiums however the health coverage choices are limited.

I did not utilize any health insurance from HCL. I was self insured. My former employer had a retiree health plan that I had to avail myself of in the month when I turned 65 or I would never b able to take it so I dropped HCL's health insurance and switched to my own retiree plan.
