Good insurance, employee has to pay every month some portion of the cost

The health insurance now is based out of blue cross blue shield of California, which doesn't make since for employees on the east coast in the U.S. as it is not completely compatible with our health providers and health issues. The insurance doesn't cover as much as it should because of this.
