The best thing is that the plan is comprehensive. The worst thing is the company no longer attach vision to the health plan and have to purchase separately, and has not gotten us better plans over the years.

Very expensive. High deductible plan is cheaper monthly but the deductible is high. The non high deductible plans are more expensive since there is no deductible.
