This could be better. They offered 1% of salary per quarter.

Its good they have one, but its a team effort and sometimes you dont control your own outcome. So part of your quarterly bonus may fall in the hands of others who don't really care if they make the goal or not, so its not entirely fair. But I'm glad they offer something for us to work for.
