You do not get any benefits until you have been with the company for 90 days. Health/Dental/Vision Insurance is extremely expensive. Not really worth getting. Shop elsewhere. Leave is minimal - after first 90 days, you get 2 PTO days and 3 Sick days

they more or less expect you to know what you are doing, managers don't waste their time training people, and of course, the hourly people have little time to do so
