You get a PPO plan working for Hines. The price to employee is standard if not a little too high for my liking.

Health insurance was average; neither good nor bad. They are self-insured, so they were helpful getting some expenses approved after an initial claim denial by the insurance company administering the plan.

The best thing is that they provide it and assist with the cost. The down side is that your options of company are limited based on the division you are in. Some in other divisions may have more options than you even though both are Hines employees.
