They take as much time as needed to train.

They train you a little then you are on your own to get yelled at when you don know how to do something even if its soothing you were not shown how to do. They add new things all the time and don't let you know how to do them but expect you to know.

Not very consistent with training, only thing is you might be put to the task by yourself before your even ready

Their online tutorials are good, but there should be more Opera training

Minimal job training last about 4 days.

Your coworkers train you, management is never there to oversee operations.

Not much training is needed, they have a computer program for managing reservations. Also, they have a few online training courses. The process took a few days.

When you are training to be a housekeeper you train for a week then you are on your own! They will put you with another coworker who have experience...........

IHG has required training. The local hotel does not offer assistance.
