We recently switched to Cigna and I hate it. We used to have United Healthcare.

Methodist has the worst benefits. I've been with other companies that have better benefits. first of all methodist insurance will only let you see "methodist doctors" or clinics and hospitals so you can't see other providers. the copay is so high and nothing is covered "blood work" really $300? honestly it sucks. favoritism is big in this hospital.

Hi drug copays and limited formulary. Specialist visits are $50 and primary care doesn’t want to handle most medical conditions so you’re always referred to a specialist.
