We offer a company match for 401k vesting 2 years

Hubbell's 401K program is a good benefit. They will contribute up to 3% of your salary. They match 1/4% of your contribution up to a max of 3%. They use T. Rowe Price as the administrator of their 401k. While their performance is not as stellar as other companies, it is decent.
