Higher 401k match than most employers

Employer match is really good

The company currently offers a 401(k) match of 6% after one year of employment. However, it was announced that as of January 1, 2026, the match will no longer be 7.5%, representing a reduction from the previous rate. While it’s positive that the company still offers a match, the change may impact long-term retirement savings for employees.
