401K matching up to 3%, but not fully vested until you've been with the company for 6 years. I like the life insurance. I've heard the health insurance is good, but I'm insured through my husband. During the first year, you get one week paid time off. Employees are scheduled to work 50+ hours a week, but only get 40 hours paid vacation their first year? This is a recipe for rapid employee burn out.
