A large amount of the staff do work remotely all over the country. With Covid, more have been working remotely. Management may be more open to continuing remote work in the future, especially since a lot of the upper management is no longer in the DC area.

Depends on job and department, but most people can work from home when required (such as furniture delivery, veterinary appointment for pet, etc.)

Pretty flexible work from home benefit for some employees, but not every employee is allowed to take advantage of this benefit. Supervisors determine whether their employees can work from home or not and the benefit is not always applied consistently or fairly.
