Great health benefits for preventative action like chiropractic work or nutritionist visits. Three health plans to choose from

there was supposed to be health insurance offered after a certain amount of days, which i surpassed, but i was mailed the information months after i had quit so i never got to use these so called benefits that were to be offered

Depending on the package you choose, it's a good deal. $350 for an ER visit is a little extreme and $100 for each of my bi weekly orthopedics visits is outrageous. But, it's what I can afford. At least my family dr. is co pay free.
