Dental Insurance

Average for company of this size.

It's kind of crappy. Most dentists say it doesn't pay them enough, so we end up paying thousands for a kid's wisdom teeth removal and hundreds for new crowns and such. Still - better than no dental insurance. And there are probably some dentists who are cheaper on the plan than the ones I've found in my neighborhood.

The Dental package is comparable with other packages

Good dental. Can't complain about it.
