multiple plans to choose from and you have either HSA or FSA options depending on which one you pick. Company covers a decent amount of the monthly cost - best match is on the high deductible plan

Just average. The coverages aren't that great, but they aren't the worst either. High deductibles if you do not use the Kaiser plan.
