Best - HSA OPTION. Worst high deductibles, less coverage and maintenance medicines are not covered until deductible is met. Previously, they were covered.

You have to choose between a relatively cheap bare bones coverage plan with a huge deductible or a pricey coverage plan for basic coverage with a basic deductible. It's a gamble either way.

Very high deductible and they give new employees no help with this HSA. No HR people at Phoenix so employee is left alone to sign up
