Maternity & Paternity Leave

Recently made great improvements - 16 weeks fully paid. They still have a ways to go to catch up to other successful tech companies in the area and I hope they get there.

It is same as other company plans.

I have had to use the Maternity leave twice in the 3 years I have been with Informatica. I received 100% pay for the first 6 weeks. 66.6% was paid for by Hartford and Informatica made up the rest. It made it easy for me to take extra time off to spend with my newborn.

They allow the standard time most companies do, but with with unlimited time-off, they are more flexible with taking more than three days.

Some coworkers are having kids and are happy with the offering

Paternity leave was offered for 3 months.
