Overall good and can take up jobs

Dental insurance is not included

The first year of the pandemic they cut vacation accrual by 50%. So I earned only 5 vacation days rather then 10. In 2021 they changed the vacation payout policy, effective the day after I announced my resignation but they did not send any notification of the change until 2 weeks later.

Very decent premium amount for insurance

Poor benefit for a company this size. In the US, if you want to stay in network with the Aetna plans, you are going to get the lower end primary doctors for sure.
