Overall, the health care benefit is decent

Medical Health is goog,10 days PTO , 10 days Holidays,4 days Sick leave

Very basic, and deductible was high from my pocket

Great 4 options to choose from: Basic, Standard, Plus, and there is new plan

There are several plans to choose from, but compared to other company plans here the premiums and copays are higher

Health insurance, vision, dental all average. Several different packages offered.

Health insurance coverage for families good, rest of benefits below average or zero contribution from employer.

Health insurance is through Aetna which is average is my opinion. If you are single it's decent, but many employees that I knew that had families stayed on their spouse's insurance because they didn't think it was worth it. They provide health, vision and dental insurance

Health insurance was better two years ago, but is still among the best offered in the consulting space.
