Infosys provides Job Training and give a chance to grow again.

LOL - there was no training and you have to navigate a 200,000 person company.

not good..they do not compensate for certification expenses. Do not send employees for external certifications. can do better in this regard they have internal certification programs, but they are not recognized by the industry outside

There are a lot of different options for specialized training, including from premier institutions like Stanford and Harvard. Some (like Harvard Manage Mentor and design thinking) are available to everyone, and others depend on your role.
