Not amazing, but it's decent. The HSA plan is probably the best. There's no premium but the deductible and max out of pocket on the PPO plan continued to rise every year significantly. They do pay up to $2,000 on the HSA plan though, which is nice.

The employee contribution is low and the coverages are very fair. The current plan provider isn't one of the best, and the company does incentivize HDHP

This is E X P E N S I V E! The HSA is very costly to meet the minimum deductible for a family of 4. The company does contribute $ for the plan, however it is still expensive.
