Integer has O K insurance

Comprehensive coverage, but only 2 options - high deductible plan with HSA eligibility, or copay based with FSA eligibility. Both via major, national provider, but via a local branch in another state, which makes communication and in- vs. out-of-network challenges very annoying and tough to deal with.

It will cover most if not all medical needs. Expect to pay a co-pay

Reasonable cost. HSA program with company contribution.

Best - standard coverage with help from company for family coverage cost. Worst - still too expensive.

Low employee cost. I never had to use it, so I don't know how easy it was to use

Medical Insurance through BCBS of Texas. PPO and CDHP with HSA available. Company contributes $500/year to HSA for individuals and $1000/year for families. Cost is average.

The health care plan was very expensive and did not offer as much as other plans through other companies. In addition, if you did not take the health care plan you paid a penalty. Many places will offer to pay you if you don't take the health care plan because it costs them less.
