The worst benefit would be their maternity leave policy (only covered 5 business days or 40 hours) and their 401k incentive plan (offer maximum of $1500 when you first sign up but no yearly matching after that). The best benefit would be their restricted & unrestricted stock offers.

Health insurance is very generous. The deductibles are only used for specific transactions, making reimbursements much more favorable than at other comparable companies.
