Best: The best thing about the 401K plan at Johnson Controls is that it gives employees a solid way to plan for retirement, and I appreciated that the company offered retirement savings support as part of the overall benefits package. Worst: I would not say there was a major “worst” part from my experience, but 401K plans can sometimes be a little confusing to fully understand at first, especially when comparing contribution options, investment choices, and long-term planning details.
