Health insurance is not great as the US Health Insurance system is not great either. Johnson Controls deserves recognition that family members can be covered with your health plan; there are couple of flexible options for health care. However, in order to assure a basic care for your selves and for your family members you need to pay ~USD 300-400 a month and even then you will be partly covered.
