Most employees, even down to low leading positions (such as project leads) enjoyed the following benefits: 1) For low cost smart phones the employees have them for free. For expensive phones the support was around 70% - 80% of the total price, 2) Any employee pays a monthly bill of $10 for a simple phone and $20 for a smart phone. The talk and data exchange for those are unlimited, though we were advised to be modest with international calls and roaming.
