Pretty standard retirement benefits: Johnson Controls matches your contributions dollar for dollar up to the first 4% of eligible pay you contribute, and 50 cents on the dollar on the next 2% you contribute. That’s a total match of 5% of your eligible pay when you contribute 6%.
