One week of sick time

40 hrs of Sick Time allowed

3 sick days but they are very flexible if you get sick

Days out sick are up to manager discretion.

They allow you to have up to 5 sick days. I am not familiar how do they react in heavier illnesses but for flu - like cases you just need to call your manager and to let him/her know that you need to take one, two, or more of your sick days.

Use it or loose it on an annual basis , no accumulation over the years.

You're allowed to use it.
