It is literally impossible to not hear about the diversity programs. They have a different group for every conceivable diversity group and the firm aggressively supports all of them.

It is over demonstrated. Keeping a quota of bad employees just to fill the number. A lot of unprofessional conduct from employees who have been there to long and are terrible. Late, to comfortable within their positions. They could use an overhaul. Managers keep bad employees just because they worked there a long time.
