So far, I haven't had any issues. You get what you pay into it, but each time I have visited the doctors, nothing has been paid out of pocket.

overall not bad, had no issues with it while i was there. pension would be better but there really aren't jobs anymore that offer, also wish 401k match was more but most companies now even don't do them so it was fair
