It's your standard plan but they match you 100% up to 10%. Not too shabby.

Pretty standard 401K plan. I think the company matches to some degree, but it's been a while since I worked there.

6% match, vested after 3 years

6% match and 2-3% profit sharing bonus. Good range of investment options and easy to use online system to track/make changes. One of the best out there. Key is invested in helping their employees retire well despite not offering a pension plan.

The 401k is easy to sign up for upon hiring, but their matching doesn't start for like a year.
