The 2015 Healthcare changes are unfavorable to employees. Their marketplace no- co-pay plan where you have to pay 100% of your doctor visits, and prescriptions up to your deductible. Essentially, on their medium plan, you pay $1,500 out of pocket, plus $90 per month.
