Best thing is that you can stack coupons on your discount, worst thing is remembering how to play the Kohl's cash game.

The discount is applied when you enter your phone number on the pin pad, at least at my location. It's as it was stated during orientation and on the web. I don't have issues with the discount, and it's nice when it jumps to 35% during deals, but it does drop back to 15%.
