Best health insurance I have ever had! You are given three tiers to choose from, and I did choose the highest one, but I also used it. Basically paid 80% of everything in network... such as an MRI! Medications were mostly $10

80/20 similar to other companies, wellness center and discounted gym memberships

They offered some good insurance options

I really can't answer that because I was never told the price or benefits before I left the position. I think it was fairly expensive for subpar insurance.

You have to buy into it, unless you're full-time, and nobody gets to be full-time except management. Good luck getting it.
