Good Sick days programs in Kohls

Corporate took away paid sick days a few years ago and now you have to use your paid vacation. This is very unfair since we earned our PTO and the paid sick time was helpful since it was there in case we needed it. We dont plan to get sick but we plan our vacation in advance.

I wish they offered a few more. Working In the Child Development Center you catch everything that goes around. Other wise you have to use vacation days.

Sick days are not labeled as sick days. We have PTO paid time off. It is all together. If you're sick you can request some of those hours.
