401K Plan

L&R Distributors offers a 401K plan to help employees save for retirement. Employees are eligible on the first of the month after completion of 30 days. Once eligibility requirements have been met, employees are automatically enrolled in the 401K plan at the rate of 4% of their pre-tax compensation. L&R offers a .25% match for every 1 percent an employee contributes up to a maximum match of 1% L&R contribution for 4% employee contribution.
