L&R Distributors offers Health Insurance in accordance with The Afforable Care Act. Eligible employees are offered insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arkansas. All offerings are similar with a Premium Rate Structure based on salary band (the more an employee earns the more he/she will pay in weekly Premium) and employees can choose between three levels of plan, Base High Deductible Health Plan combined with a Health Savings Account (HDA) and a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), Buy-Up 1 offers co-payments and a lower deductible than the base plan, and Buy-Up 2 offers the lowest deductible, but the highest weekly premium.
