All full-time regular employees of L&R Distributors are eligible to participate in this program after 90 days from date-of-hire and must be in good standing. All regular full-time employees who elect to participate towards a company recognized community service event that falls on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will be rewarded up to one (1) day of Volunteer Time Off (VTO). The maximum amount of Volunteer Time Off an employee can earn is one (1) day per calendar year.
