Nothing really. Expensive and has high deductibles.

Many plans to choose from. Somewhat affordable. Love their vision and dental plan.

Very expensive and not worth it that much.

The insurance just costs and lot and they make you use OptumRx for mail order prescriptions. Optum's website can be cumbersome and it's very annoying if you need to take anything that is a controlled substance or have a dosage adjusted.

Compared to my spouses coverage the Covance package is more expensive unless you participate in the discount programs. This requires anyone covered to participate.

the insurance options are good and reasonably priced...the company provides a competent help-line to support employees...plan choices fit different profiles

OK insurance deductible is high
