Pre-assignment training is extensive and paid. Very comprehensive and relevant to the job. Extensive reference materials for work related ..

Best is the training does prepare you for what is coming, the worst is when you don't have support for the things you need. And the call volume sometimes is too harsh. Working in two languages for more than eight hours with no time for break or eat is frustrating and sometimes tt much.
