High deductible (IMO), but otherwise very automated with a lot of services. Vision, medical, dental, all provided, though it was still not as good as my previous health insurance plan.

The medical plans do require sometimes substantial individual contributions, based on salary. However, the plans themselves have excellent coverage that far exceeds most of those I've compared from private employers.
